You can take this amazingly tasty cake with you on a picnic. Enough for the whole company!

- Zucchini sliced into thin circles, put in a colander and sprinkle with salt, let stand 30 minutes, then put zucchini on a paper towel to remove excess liquid.

Separately, mash feta cheese with a fork, add green onions, rosemary, grated hard cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture onto a dough base, departing from the edge about 2-3 cm. Place a layer of zucchini on top, sprinkle with oil and wrap the edges of the dough towards the center. Bake the cake at 175 ° C for about 40 minutes, until the zucchini is lightly browned.
