Potato salad with fresh peas
To prepare this dish you will need: 1/2 kg of new potatoes, 20 g of hard cheese, a bunch of parsley, a bunch of basil, a bunch of mint leaves, 1 glass of fresh peas, a clove of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and place on baking paper with peas. Salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 40 minutes. Salad with tomatoes and green peas
To make this bright summer salad, you will need: 2 red and 2 yellow tomatoes, 1 glass of green peas, a bunch of lettuce leaves, 50 g of hard cheese, a clove of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the peas for 3-5 minutes, then drain and cool. Slice tomatoes into strips. Combine the ingredients as soon as the peas have cooled completely. Finely chop the garlic, tear the salad. Put all in one container, salt, pepper and season with olive oil.
Pasta with ham and green peas
To make this dish you will need: 400 g of pasta, a glass of heavy cream, 1 glass of fresh peas, 50 g of hard cheese, a bunch of mint leaves, 150 g of ham.
Pour the peas into a saucepan, cover with water and bring it to a boil. Add macaroni to peas and cook until half cooked. Pour the cream into the pan and boil. Put the pasta and peas to them, season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, then add the ham and mint. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Put the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Vegetable soup and green peas
To cook this soup, you will need: celery, 2 cups vegetable broth, a bunch of mint, 3 cups peas, 30 g butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the celery, put it in a pan with melted butter and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, pre-salted and sprinkled with pepper. Pour broth over there and boil. Put peas in boiling broth and cook until soft. Then turn off the gas, add the chopped mint to the pan and tightly close the lid, let it stand. Using a blender, turn the soup into a puree. Before serving, add a spoonful of sour cream to the plate.
Rice garnish with green peas and vegetables
To make this wonderful summer garnish you will need: 2 cups of peas, 1 large carrot, 100 g of cauliflower, 2 glasses of rice, 50 g of butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the carrot sliced in strips, cabbage, disassembled into inflorescences, and simmer on low heat. After 10 minutes, add water to the pot, boil it and add rice and peas. Salt everything and pepper. Garnish readiness must be determined by the softness of rice.
Roast with green peas
To make such an unusual dish, you will need: 500 g of pork, 2 onions, 2 cups of peas, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste, vegetable oil for frying.

Boil the peas for 3-5 minutes. Then fry it together with mushrooms in butter. After 10 minutes, add the cream, herbs and pepper with salt. Simmer until the cream is half evaporated. The finished dish can be served with boiled new potatoes or other side dish.
