You will need: 1.5 kg of potatoes, 1 onion, 100 g of bacon, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, dried (or fresh) thyme, salt and black pepper to taste.

Cooking. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and vegetable oil. Lubricate the bottom of the baking dish with the mixture. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices without cutting through, and put them in the prepared form. Chop the onion and spread it over the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush the potatoes with the remaining oil mixture and place in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 1 hour. At this time, chop the brisket into small cubes and fry over medium heat. An hour later, remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with roast bacon and thyme on top and bake for another half hour. If the potatoes begin to burn, cover it with foil. Serve ready potatoes immediately.

Such an omelet can be cooked for brunch at the weekend. And it should be served with a vegetable salad.

Cooking. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, paprika, chopped garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cut potatoes and chicken into cubes, place in prepared marinade and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes, and then shift into the prepared form. Bake for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Cut the brisket into cubes and lightly fry, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the green onion. Sprinkle the finished chicken and potatoes with brisket, cheese and onions and place in the oven for another 5 minutes. Serve the ready casserole with sour cream or another favorite sauce.

Thick delicate soup will especially appeal to lovers of tomatoes and perfectly diversifies the casual menu.

You will need: 1 liter of tomato juice, 1 liter of water, 2st. pasta, 3 sausages (optional), 200 g of minced meat, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking. Combine tomato juice and water in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Mince salt and pepper, roll small balls and place in boiling liquid. Pour the pasta, sliced ​​sausages, salt and pepper and cook the soup over medium heat until the pasta is ready.

A great option for a quick and easy breakfast.

You will need: 4 slices of toast bread, 4 eggs, 200 g of hard cheese, butter, vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking. On each slice of bread make a hollow, crushing crumb with a spoon. Butter the edges of the bread with butter. Cooking. Pour the cream into the saucepan and put on medium heat. Put the cream cheese and mix well. Add grated hard cheese, dried spices, mix and heat. Put the tomato paste, pepper and salt to taste. While preparing the sauce, boil the dumplings, according to the package instructions. Ready dumplings mix gently with the sauce and serve, sprinkled with chopped greens, if desired.

To prepare this dish you need only three simple ingredients, and the result will pleasantly surprise you.

You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 2 packets of instant vermicelli (for example, Rollton), 2 eggs.

Cooking. Cut chicken breasts into oblong pieces. Crush the noodles with a rolling pin or with a mixer, mix with spices (they are in the packaging with noodles). Beat the eggs well. You will need: 700 g of boneless chicken breast, 200 g of mozzarella or suluguni cheese, 1 tomato, fresh basil leaves, vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
