Pancakes for Carnival - simple recipes

The round ruddy pancake symbolizes the bright sun, which shines brighter with the end of winter. In order for the cold to finally recede, and the sun to shine in full force, since ancient times it is customary to see off the winter merrily and satisfyingly. To do this, arrange Pancake Day and bake pancakes.

Each housewife has his own proven recipe for pancakes. And there are a lot of such recipes - thin, scalded, openwork pancakes with various additives and fillings. Pancakes can be eaten as a main course, served for a snack or for dessert. Check out our selection of simple pancake recipes.

Pancakes for this recipe are lush, soft and incredibly tasty, especially with butter.

You will need: 1/2 l of kefir, 3 eggs, 2.5 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp soda, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.

Cooking. Mix eggs, kefir, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, add soda, stir and leave for 5 minutes. Gradually pour in the sifted flour - the dough should turn out more liquid than on the pancakes. Heat some butter in a pan and fry the pancakes. On one side, fry the pancake under the lid, turn it over and fry on the other side without the lid - so the pancakes are baked better.

These pancakes look very festive. You can serve them with any additives and sauces.

You will need: 1.5 Art. flour 1.5 tbsp. Milk, 4 tbsp. kefir, 1 egg, 200 g of boiled beets, 1 tsp. salt, vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking. Chop the boiled beets in a blender or grate on a fine grater. Add egg, kefir, milk, sugar and salt and mix well. Pour the sifted flour in small portions, mix and leave the dough for half an hour. In a pancake pan, heat a drop of vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.

Bags of pancakes can be made with any filling, to your taste. Try to cook a variant with chicken and mushrooms.

You will need for pancakes: 1/2 l milk, 250 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp soda, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil; for the filling: 300 g of boiled chicken fillet, 300 g of champignons, 1 onion, 100 g of hard cheese, mayonnaise, a bunch of dill, green onions, vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking. Beat eggs with salt. Pour in slightly warmed milk, add sugar. Mix the sifted flour and soda separately and gradually add to the milk mixture. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Pour in vegetable oil and mix well. Let the dough stand for half an hour and bake the pancakes. For the filling, divide the chicken fillet into fibers. Onion cut into half rings and fry in butter until soft. Add chopped mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, add salt to taste. Cool the mixture and mix with chicken meat. Add grated cheese, chopped dill and mayonnaise to taste. Salt and pepper. In the middle of the pancake lay 1-2 tbsp. stuffing, collect the edges and tie the "bag" with green onion feather. Serve the "bags" with your favorite sauce, cold or slightly heated in the microwave.

Pancake rolls - an excellent snack not only in Shrovetide. For the filling you can use interesting combinations of ingredients. We suggest making three variants of rolls.

You will need for pancakes: 250 g of flour, 250 ml of milk, 250 ml of water, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt to taste; for the first filling: 200 g of cottage cheese, 3-4 cloves of garlic, dill (or parsley), salt to taste; for the second filling: 400 g of slightly salted salmon, 300 g of cottage cheese, dill; for the third filling: 3 boiled eggs, a bunch of green onions, mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Cooking. For pancakes, mix flour, eggs, butter, and a pinch of salt. Pour in milk and water. Stir thoroughly so that no lumps form. Bake thin pancakes. To make the first curd filling, wipe through a sieve, add chopped herbs and garlic, salt to taste and mix. Grease the pancakes with stuffing and roll. For the other stuffing, cut the salmon into thin slices, chop the greens. Smear the pancakes with cheese, sprinkle with herbs, lay out salmon slices and gently roll into a roll. For the third filling, chop the eggs and onions, mix, add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Put the stuffing on the pancake, spread over the entire surface and roll into a roll. Wrap the finished rolls with cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Before serving, cut each roll into portions.

Pancake cake - a great dessert for a big company. To prepare it is very simple.

You will need for pancakes: 1/2 l milk, 200 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, pinch of salt; for the filling: 1/2 kg of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. Sahara; for pouring: 1/2 l of sour cream, 100 g of sugar, 2 bags of vanillin.

Cooking. Cook the pancakes first. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar. Pour in vegetable oil, mix. Add milk, flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil until golden brown. For the filling, mix the curd with the sugar. Put the stuffing on each pancake, roll it up and roll tightly in an oiled baking dish. To fill the mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla and the resulting mixture pour the pancakes. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
