Many cultures are attractive not only with beautiful flowers and variegated leaves, but also for their healing properties. Plant these medicinal plants in your plot - and you will always have a green pharmacy at your fingertips.

Broths, infusions, teas and lotions from herbs perfectly strengthen the immune system and help fight viruses and bacteria. With the onset of autumn this is especially true. So, what plants are great help to eliminate cough, runny nose, fever and malaise?

1. Oregano, or oregano (Origanum vulgare)

5. Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea purpurea)

6. Raspberry (Rubus)

Infusions and decoctions of plants are effective for bronchitis, laryngitis, sore throat, tracheitis, bronchopneumonia - due to its enveloping, expectorant and antiseptic properties. In case of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity, rinsing is also performed.

2 tsp. dry crushed herbs pour 250 ml of boiling water, infuse for 10 minutes, filter, cool and drink 3 times a day for 1/2 cup.

10. Meadowsweet, or meadowsweet (Filipendula)

In the summer garden, the corymboid-paniculate inflorescences of meadowsweet are very attractive. They are yellowish-white, pink, red. From these flowers you can make tea, which is indispensable during the period of acute respiratory illness and with the flu.

Meadowsweet flowers have antipyretic, bactericidal, diuretic, analgesic, sedative, wound healing, hemostatic and anti-inflammatory properties. Also useful are the leaves of the plant: they contain ascorbic acid. And the roots are used to treat joints and skin diseases.

11. Black currant (Ribes nigrum)
