Do not leave the crop on the beds under the threat of cold snap
Harvest the last harvest of cabbage and Brussels sprouts, late-ripening root crops. Cut off the greens planted in August. Dig out the celery root and leek. Cauliflower, which did not start to form heads before frost, dig with a clod of earth and transplant into a heated greenhouse for re-growth.
